Here's a good question:
One of my twins has a very red raised diaper rash, and the pediatrician said to use an anti fungal cream on it. Do you think we should avoid putting the twins in the bath together? What about using the same changing pad?
Yeast isn't spread in the bathtub. It shouldn't be a problem. You may want to clean the changing pad between kids but won't make the other kid get the rash.
