Today's health care climate is all about patient empowerment. I fully support this idea. A lot of the health care ratings sites I have looked at are lacking a lot of basic information. I think this one is pretty good although their search feature is a little off.. I typed in the zip code of the hospital I work in and there were no hospital listed. I found it when I searched by hospital name.
I'm not sure where their information comes from but the questions sound a lot like the ones that Press Ganey asks patients.
