I've seen this happen many times.. people come into the ED and give us incorrect contact info for whatever reason. Then we need to contact them later and have no way of doing this. Just this weekend a girl came into our ED with headaches, had a CT scan and it was read as normal on the preliminary read. The final read showed she had a brain tumor! If we had not had her correct contact information that could have been a very bad situation!
Please make sure you give us your correct information!
